Snowglobe is the gathering of teen girls who are technologists, creatives, artists and more. Over one inspiring weekend in San Francisco you will come together to learn and build projects with attendees from all over the world.

You will meet with women working in the technology, engineering, design, and other interesting fields. It is a beginner friendly event, and we encourage you to attend and build something you’re proud of.

New York City - November 2025

A three-day hackathon in Manhattan for everyone who finished the Athena Award. 126 teenagers from 15 countries shipped 54 projects across 40 hours of building.

Sleepover

Chicago - spring 2026

A slumber-party style hackathon led by teen girls, for teen girls. Code your hours from home, then fly out for three days of making friends, eating well, and building.

Ascend

Los Angeles - days of service summit

Our first Days of Service Summit: 50 girls and nonbinary Hack Clubbers from around the world building together at SpaceX, alongside Girls Who Code and Kode with Klossy.

Am I eligible to attend?

Any 13-18 year old (inclusive) teen girl or girl-identifying can attend.

How to Qualify?

Complete 50 verified hours of coding and ship them to snowglobe.hackclub.com.

Do you accept beginners?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll have workshops, mentors, and teammates to help you every step of the way.

Does it cost to attend?

No, it’s entirely free! Hack Club covers all the costs so you can focus on making projects. We also have travel stipends available.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself, a laptop, charger, and any personal items you need. We’ll provide a detailed list for your convenience closer to the event dates.

How do I get travel stipends?

We will announce the need based stipend application soon. You can always earn your stipends through coding/building and buying stipends on the shop.
